CUSTOMIZATION
Acrylic bookmark, sealed with UV Epoxy to prevent from chipping. You can chose one of our quotes, if you have a special request please let me know.
HOW TO ORDER:
1) Select Paint Color
2) Select the desired quote. If you would like a custom quote, please see ‘Customization’ section.
3) In the customization box please specify what customizations you want by:
- A) Listing EXACT WORDING for the bookmark
- B) Ribbon color choice
- C) Background color choice
If you are choosing to personalize further, please send me an email to info@alhaus.net with your order number in the subject line. Then write a detailed message with information about what details you’d like added (such as wording, flowers, icons, etc.).
IMPORTANT NOTES:
A layer of epoxy will be applied to the bookmark once it is complete before shipping. The sealant helps to prevent damage such as chipping, smudging, UV rays and water. However, the signs are still at risk for damage. To avoid damage between the ship date and your deli I have placed a film or plastic layer on top of the sign. Please keep film on until event date to prevent any damage.
PRODUCTION:

-Production takes 3-5 days before shipping.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS:
Because each chalkboard item is custom and made to order, there are no returns or cancellations. If the item received is not to your liking or damaged please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email (info@alhaus.net) with a photo of the bookmark, order number, and detailed message. By purchasing this item, you are agreeing to this return and cancellation policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within two weeks of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States and it's territories and at an extra cost.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
AL Haus ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Haus is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
Damages
Haus is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you
received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the continental US and it's territories.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Haus will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
Inevitably, packages get lost. If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Since our products are custom made all Haus sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. But if you encounter an issue with your purchase please reach out at info@alhaus.net we will do everything on our power to help you out.
